Shipping Policy

This policy explains what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders submitted on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. We send a shipping confirmation when an order leaves our facility.

Where we ship

We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders; no minimum purchase is required.

Transit time and tracking

After dispatch, most packages arrive in approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery timing can vary by destination, weather, carrier capacity, and other circumstances outside our control. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. A tracking number is emailed when available.

Delays, lost packages, and address issues

If a package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact info@bapaeoishop.it.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help investigate. Please check the shipping address carefully before submitting an order; contact us promptly if a correction is needed, as changes are not always possible once fulfillment starts.
