We want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all original labels or accessories. We cannot accept items with signs of wear or damage not caused by us. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, include a description and photos in your request so we can review it promptly.

Start a return

Email info@bapaeoishop.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We aim to respond within one business day with the next steps and, when the return is approved, a prepaid trackable return label.

Return cost and address

Approved returns are free: we do not charge a restocking fee and provide the return-shipping label. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions.

Refund timing

After the returned item arrives and is inspected, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but an order that has already entered fulfillment or shipped may no longer be cancellable.
